Yamamori is thrilled to be part of the 2019 Autumn Taste the Island festival, a nationwide celebration of Irish-based cuisine. “Taste the Island will showcase the very best of Ireland’s food and drink culture. We are hosting a Sushi and Craft Beer experience evening at Yamamori Tengu. “Irish seafood is brought to the chefs table to showcase the superb quality of the islands offerings. Marcus Davies is presenting a history and heritage of sushi and where its origins are based and how we love to eat it today. We will then have an introduction and tasting to the Irish award winning craft Brewery The Porterhouse. We will sip, sample, taste and match beers to freshly cut sashimi and Nigiri.” Co-hosted by Porterhouse Brew Co. Part of the Taste the Island festival. Supported by Failte Ireland.

A good idea with passionate individuals behind it is what gets me going!

With training and work experience in Marketing, Event Management and Architecture along with being an International Sailing Coach for the past ten years I have been afforded the opportunity to work alongside many inspiring individuals and groups.

With this experience I came to realise my passion and strengths are within creating and building relationships as well as realizing an idea or team's potential and helping them present that potential to prospective clients both visually and verbally.

I am always looking for a challenge and for the opportunity to help an individual or team bring an idea/dream to fruition!
