At nearly 25 years old, Yamamori has expanded from one space on George’s Street in 1995, to three vibrant locations known for everything from authentic Japanese cuisine and excellent cocktails, to buzzing dance nights and memorable experiences - and this wouldn’t be possible without the talented and committed people that make Yamamori tick. Each month, we will be featuring one or two members of our amazing community - so watch this space, and get to know us.

A short intro to the team behind yamamori, the original Japanese cuisine innovators with an accomplished three restaurants located in the heart of Dublin city. Offering a selection of grilling, simmering, steaming and frying of Japanese cuisine. Think teriyaki, soy marinated fish fillets, yakitori, ramen, udon, and other distinctive dishes that tend to be low in fat and full in flavor.

A good idea with passionate individuals behind it is what gets me going!

With training and work experience in Marketing, Event Management and Architecture along with being an International Sailing Coach for the past ten years I have been afforded the opportunity to work alongside many inspiring individuals and groups.

With this experience I came to realise my passion and strengths are within creating and building relationships as well as realizing an idea or team's potential and helping them present that potential to prospective clients both visually and verbally.

I am always looking for a challenge and for the opportunity to help an individual or team bring an idea/dream to fruition!
